The room was budget and neat with a tray of cakes, windows wide open, as for instance, great value. The staff was enthusiastic, courteous, and responded promptly to requests. The location was marvellous, relatively close to St Aidans. I came here for 2 nights and had a really really nice stay.

The hotel was great comfy and perfectly clean, adequate rooms. The bed was comfy and it was great having coffee/tea making machines, blackout drapes and slippers. Easy check-in and superb service. In addition, free wifi in public areas was really handy.
